Astraea's Staff
Stephanie Griffin: Owner and Editor in Chief
aka Stephanie Taylor
After spending over six years working with authors and gaining editing experience from five different e-publishers, Stephanie decided to open her own business after seeing a gap in the e-publishing industry for non-erotic, sweeter publishers. While she doesn't envision Astraea Press as a solely inspirational publisher, she wants it to be the go-to place for adults and young adults who enjoy cleaner content. Genres that Stephanie is looking to acquire falls anywhere from inspirational to mainstream. See the submissions page for full details. Stephanie is also the author of three books under her pen name, Stephanie Taylor.
Elaina Lee: Cover Artist
Published author and designer, Elaina strives hard to deliver the best of both worlds in her cover art. Just as every story written is personal, so is the art that represents it. She looks forward to working with each author of Astraea Press. When not writing or designing, Elaina tries to stay sane raising her two boys, a teenager and toddler. Elaina can be found online at www.elainalee.com.
Alice Bennett: Marketing Director
Alice is a self-made woman; a full time graduate student and a future marketing magician masquerading as a mild mannered business entrepreneur. Her busy schedule as a graduate student and wife-to-be keeps her occupied much of the time, but she is never too busy to pass up playing a game on the Wii, watching HGTV or snuggling on the couch with her puppy or her honey. In another world she might be a woman-about-town who works as a world-renown reporter with the Tuscaloosaville Daily Planet and goes home to her mild mannered reporter husband who is secretly the world-saving Superman. Too bad Superman couldn't prevent two Alabama football losses this year.
Elise McCallister: Proofreader
With a degree in Political Science, it's no surprise Elise is an avid reader. If she could have any job, it would be to read all day in a quiet coffee shop. However, in the real world of working full time in the oil and gas industry, being a wife to an engineer and the mother of two young children doesn't afford her that luxury. In addition to reading, in the little spare time Elise has, she loves to add to her shoe collection, travel and has recently taken up running 5K's.
Brieanna Robertson: Editor
Brieanna has been doing freelance editorial work since 2006. She currently edits for several ebook and print companies. She is a writer, first and foremost, and enjoys helping authors make their masterpieces even better.
